4. Turn off the TV during and after dinner
By not watching TV while you eat, you’ll find that you can pay attention to what you’re eating. By simply looking at food in front of you and chewing it thoroughly, you will feel full faster and will be able to properly digest your food.
After dinner, load the dishwasher and go for a brisk walk. Even if it doesn’t seem like much at the time, a little bit of exercise can change the way you digest your food.
